Novelty Hill Wine Dinner 4/13/11

Well, another great wine dinner, thanks to Deb Black and Chef Tom and Scott, and everyone's hard work. We enjoyed the great food, wine offered, and of course the company and conversation with our great friends who frequent our wine dinners.
  From the Crostini Trio (Pictured above) to the Filet, Bison Short Rib, Sea Bass, and course Pastry Chef Joni's wonderful Apple Crunch Trifle with Apple Cider Foam! Thank goodness there was an extra one. (My after work treat)
It was a busy night! Thank you to all that attended. For those of you that missed out, we are already planning the next wine dinner for a month from now. I'll keep you posted.
